introduction

Established in 1995, Pirotec has searched for its pyrotechnic creations for new technical and artistic concepts. It is responsible for the introduction, in Portugal, of indoor shows, Pirotec is a project which is based on research and bears in mind ideas as Innovation, Quality and Safety.

  In short, Pirotec has tried to match pyrotechnics with other forms of artistic expression; it was the one responsible for the pyrotechnic and special effects for several musicals, multimedia shows and plays.

Pirotec is also the establishing member of Luso Pirotecnia, a group of companies in the field of fireworks hat endeavors to render a solution to those requests for bigger shows and it has participated in several international festivals. San Sebastian International Contest (Spain), 97 [1st place], 98 [2nd place] and 2001 [3rd place], Yokohama - Hakkeijima Sea Paradise (Japan) 99; Macau 99; Logroño (Spain) 97 and 98; Sakura (Japan) 2000 and Bilbau (Spain) 2001.
